Throughout this site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Custom Deals / RMAAC Technologies. "You" refers to anyone who visits or uses thecustomdeals.com.

Using our site

By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering, including a correct delivery address and contact details.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance of your order by email once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can happen; if we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken at the time of order through our checkout provider.

Product descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations in dimensions or packaging between what's pictured and what arrives don't constitute a fault, provided the product matches its description in all material respects.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded. Subject to that, our liability to you for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
