Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We don't yet ship internationally — this page will be updated if that changes.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a further email once it has been dispatched.

Delivery time and cost

Standard UK delivery: free, typically arriving within 3–7 business days of dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier and fulfilment partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather, or high-demand periods (for example, over the winter holidays).

Order tracking

Where a tracking number is available from our fulfilment partner, we'll include it in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order's progress.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at omer@rmaactechnologies.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we dispatch to the address you provide. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible after ordering; we can't guarantee a change once an order has been dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
