Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the item and destination. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK, with delivery also available to the US and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for any reason, including a simple change of mind — well beyond the 14-day legal minimum. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details, including a few hygiene-exempt items that can't be returned once opened.

How do I start a return?

Email omer@rmaactechnologies.com with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Who pays for return postage?

If you've simply changed your mind, return postage is on you. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or wrong, we cover it.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system — we never see or store your card details.
